The examples used in the case being studied revealed
an objective, which is to satisfy all perspective customers, regardless
of the amount of money they are willing to spend. This goal may seem impossible,
however, it is the key to the success of the business process: the achievement
of the outcome goal. This achievement will require reliance on customers'
feedbacks. These feedbacks are collected from customers, either directly
or indirectly. However, during the process of data collection, you must
insure not to infringe in the customer's privacy, or do anything that
may turn the customers off, period. The relationship that exists between
you and the customers is business related. Thus, you must prevent any
action that will contribute to the customers disliking you. |
